In case you have yet to notice, the lower limit of Never Less protects the process of reaching your deadlines and targets.
It reminds you of what you need to accomplish, regardless of the circumstances. Since you have a daily target, you are more empowered to push through and deliver.
More importantly, it teaches perseverance and consistency, which are keys to achieving any goal.
Meanwhile, the upper limit of Never More protects you. It’s the boundary that will keep you sane and will protect your well-being.
“Never More” preserves your energy and makes you more likely to stay the course, thus allowing you to hit your Never Less, day in and day out.
Applying the Rule in a Remote Workplace

That’s it. Don’t even think about adding one more -even if you have extra time.
